EA PrepPro is a digital product. The exams, explanations, and supporting materials are delivered immediately after purchase, which means once you have accessed them, the value of the product has been delivered. Our refund policy is written with that in mind, and is the standard for digital study products.
The simple version
Once you have accessed the content, the purchase is final and we are unable to issue a refund. If you have a technical problem that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, write to us within 24–48 hours and we will fix it — or refund you in full.
Why we do it this way
Unlike a physical product that can be returned in its original condition, digital exams cannot be “unseen.” Once a candidate has reviewed the questions and explanations, the preparation value has been delivered, regardless of whether they later request a refund. This is the standard practice across reputable digital test-prep providers.
That said, we hold ourselves to a clear and fair standard: if something on our side prevents you from getting what you paid for, we will make it right.
When we will refund you
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You purchased a plan but were never given access to the materials.
- A technical issue on our end prevents you from logging in or loading the exams, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same plan due to a payment processing error.
- You purchased a plan and have not yet accessed any of the content, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
When we cannot refund
Refunds are not available if:
- You have already accessed any of the exams or explanations included in your plan.
- You changed your mind after starting your preparation.
- You did not achieve a particular score on the actual EA. As stated in our Terms, EA PrepPro is a study tool and we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on your own preparation, effort, and test-day performance.
- You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase, even if you have not accessed the content.
How to request a refund or report a technical issue
Email us at eapreppro@gmail.com with the following information:
- The email address you used to purchase.
- The plan you purchased and the date of purchase.
- A short description of the problem or the reason for the refund request.
We respond to every message personally, usually within one business day. If your issue is technical and you contact us within 24–48 hours of noticing the problem, we will prioritize getting you back into the material as quickly as possible.
